Purchase Orders
The Datatel Users' Group requests users not register for DUG using purchase orders. However, users may contact Debbie Kennedy, DUG Registrar, dak@datatel.com, to discuss extenuating circumstances and determine a solution. If the purchase order approval is granted, please note that any such registrations will not be eligible to receive the special Early Bird registration rate. Purchase order registrations will be processed at the Regular or Late registration rate depending on when they are received.

The Early Bird rate is reserved for users that register and pay for their registration(s) before the Early Bird deadline and is therefore not available for anyone using a purchase order. This policy has been established by the DUG Governing Board.

Refunds
All registration fees are subject to a $25 processing fee. A full refund will be issued if WRITTEN notification is postmarked, faxed or e-mailed to the Users’ Group Registrar no later than February 7, 2003. A 70% refund will be issued if notification is received in the same manner, between February 8, 2003 and March 7, 2003. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or for cancellations received after March 7, 2003.
