NEW RESERVATION PROCESS FOR 2005! This year, DUG and the Marriott have teamed up to give you the opportunity to make your hotel reservations at the same time you register for the conference. Please visit the registration homepage to register for the conference and to link to the reservations page, where you may choose the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel or the Omni Shoreham, across the street, to make your reservations. You may also contact the hotels directly to reserve your rooms. Be sure to identify yourself as attending the Datatel Users' Group Conference to secure our special conference rate. The Datatel Users’ Group has set aside rooms at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel. You are responsible for making your own reservations. Please do not delay as rooms fill up quickly!
You can reserve your hotel room at the same time your do your conference registration, or if you need to make your hotel reservations separately you may do so online at https://resweb.passkey.com/Resweb.do?mode=welcome_ei_new&eventID=17101 or by calling 1.800.266.9432. Do not call the Marriott directly to make your reservations.
The 2005 Conference Rate for standard rooms is $198.00 (single/double) plus 14.5% tax. Some rooms at the Hotel are located in the historic Wardman Park Tower or on Concierge levels. These rooms are sold at a slightly higher rate but discounted for DUG. Reservations must be made by the DUG Group cut off date of February 5, 2005 to be eligible for the conference group rate. The group rate is only available as long as there are unsold rooms in the block. Do not delay making your reservations.
Travel Note: Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. Because rooms at the conference hotel fill up quickly, you are encouraged to make your reservations early. Please release any unused rooms as soon as you realize you will not be needing them. This frees them up for other Datatel users to reserve.

Parking at the Marrriott Wardman Park
A special 40% discount on posted parking rates is offered to DUG attendees and can be added to your room account upon check-in. Just let them know you have a car parked in their garage.
Looking to Share the Cost of a Room at DUG?
DUG does not offer a roommate service. However, if you are looking for someone to share the cost of a room at DUG, you may post a message to info-datatel@datatel-users.org. Attendees are responsible for their own roommate selection and screening.
