Purchase Orders
The Datatel Users' Group requests users not register for DUG using purchase orders. However, users may contact Debbie Kennedy, DUG Registrar, dak@datatel.com, to discuss extenuating circumstances and determine a solution. If the purchase order approval is granted, please note that any such registrations will not be eligible to receive the special Early Bird registration rate if they are not PAID by January 31, 2005. This policy has been established by the DUG Governing Board.
Refunds
All registration cancellations are charged a $25 processing fee. A full refund (minus the processing fee) will be issued if WRITTEN notification is postmarked, faxed or e-mailed to the Users’ Group Registrar no later than February 11, 2005. A 70% refund (minus the processing fee) will be issued if notification is received in the same manner, between February 12, 2005 and March 10, 2005. No refunds will be issued for no-shows, nor for cancellations received after March 10, 2005.
