Online: Register Online Now! Take advantage of the convenient, easy-to-use DUG Conference & Expo online registration form. The majority of DUG attendees register online because it simplifies the process and provides an automatic confirmation of your registration.
Note: Certain sections of the online registration area are secured, so please have your member username and password available. If you need a member password, please visit the request page by clicking here. You will also need your credit card information handy to complete the online registration form using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.
IMPORTANT: Payment MUST accompany any registration submission to be processed.

Affiliate Members
Early Registration Deadline: February 27, 2009
Affiliate Members are individuals who are full-time consultants, contractors or employees of companies who are sponsored at the conference by a Datatel member institution.
Affiliate Member registrations MUST be sponsored and processed through a Datatel client institution – No Exceptions.
Affiliate Member Registrations must be accompanied by an Affiliate Member Sponsorship Form, (see attached). This Sponsorship form must also be submitted in order for the registration to be complete.

Purchase Orders
The Datatel Users' Group Governing Board recognizes that some institutions require the use of purchase orders for registration fee payment; therefore, purchase orders are accepted. However, this is not the preferred method of payment and every effort to pay by credit card or check would be greatly appreciated.
Purchase orders must be received and paid by February 27, 2009 to be eligible for the early registration discount; otherwise, the regular registration fee will be applied. (This policy was established by the DUG Governing Board.)
NOTE: Invoices will be automatically generated at the time of online registration.
Refund Policy
All registration cancellations are charged a $50 processing fee. A full refund (minus the processing fee) will be issued if WRITTEN notification is postmarked, faxed, or emailed to the Users’ Group Registrar by March 7, 2009. A 60 percent refund (minus the processing fee) will be issued if notification is received in the same manner between March 8, 2009 and April 2, 2009. Please note that no refunds will be issued for cancellations received after April 2, 2009 or in the case of a no-show.
