Every year we strive to offer you the highest quality services at the Datatel Users’ Group Conference while maintaining our low conference rates. To this end, we are excited to announce our partnership with MRA Services, Inc. extending to you a more convenient registration experience. You’ll experience a new and improved online registration backed by MRA Services’ more than 25 years as a third-party provider of conference registration services.

DUG Affiliate Members
  • Affiliate Members are individuals who are full-time consultants, contractors or employees of companies who are sponsored at the conference by a Datatel member institution. Affiliate Member registrations MUST be sponsored and processed through a Datatel client institution – No Exceptions.
  • Affiliate Members MUST submit an Affiliate Member Sponsorship Form, (see attached). This Sponsorship form must also be submitted in order for the registration to be complete. Forms can be emailed to conference@datatel-users.org, or faxed to 703-968-4540.
  • Affiliate Members registering for the Sunday Executive Forum must be confirmed before registration will be considered complete.

Payment Methods
  • Credit card. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
  • Check. Please mail your check made payable to the Datatel Users' Group to the following address:

  • Purchase orders will NOT be accepted.



Refund Policy (new!)

Cancellation notices must be received in writing by MRA Services via fax (425) 636-1630 or email attendees.info@mra-services.com. Registration cancellations received on, or before Friday, February 19, 2010, are eligible for a 90% refund. Registrants cancelling after Friday, February 19, 2010, and on, or before March 19, 2010, are eligible for a 40% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after March 19, 2010, or in the case of a conference no-show. Cash refunds will be processed after the conference. Credit card refunds will be processed within three (3) business days of receipt of cancelation notice.



Substitutions (new!)

Substitutions are accepted. Select the option to register as a substitute in Step 4 of the registration process. You will need to obtain the registration confirmation number of the person you are substituting for. Your registration will be submitted and, upon approval of the original registrant, your substitute status will be complete. If your substitution request is not approved by the original registrant, you will have the option to pay or cancel your request.



Companion Passes

The Datatel Users' Group is pleased to offer a companion pass designed to provide spouses and/or companions of DUG conference attendees access to conference meals and evening social activities for $150. This pass may be purchased by a full registrant with a limit of one companion pass per attendee. Companion passes do not provide access to DUG sessions. DUG sessions are considered a part of the main registration fee and access to them is limited to full registrants. Anyone who is an employee of a Datatel client site or who is working as an affiliate member or service provider of any kind may not attend through a companion pass. We appreciate your adherence to these guidelines when signing up for a companion pass. Companion passes are subject to the same Policies and Terms of Registration guidelines.
