To Make a Hotel Reservation

Attendees MUST register for the conference before they can make a hotel reservation at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, or the Marriott Residence Inn. Once registered, links to both hotels will appear on the registration confirmation web page, and will be included in your conference registration email from MRA Services. If needed, MRA Services can resend the hotel link to you upon request. Please contact them directly at (425) 636-1640 between 7:00 am - 4:00 pm (PST) Monday - Friday, or email attendees.info@mra-services.com.

To CANCEL your Existing Gaylord Reservation

If you need to cancel your existing Gaylord reservations, you may do so here. You will need your Gaylord Hotel Confirmation number to access and cancel your existing reservation. Note, this link is only for existing reservations, you cannot make a new reservation from this link.

To MODIFY your Existing Gaylord Reservation
-----------------------
If you need to modify your existing Gaylord reservations, please call the Gaylord directly at 301.965.4000. A reservations agent at the Gaylord will you assist you with any changes to your existing reservation. You will need your Gaylord Hotel Confirmation number to modify an existing reservation.

Guest Room Rate
-----------------------
The 2010 conference rate for a standard room is $214.00 (single/double) per night plus 16% tax. Included in this guest room rate is a $10 per night resort fee (non-negotiable). This fee will cover complimentary local and 1-800 telephone calls for the first 20 minutes, in-room high-speed internet access, daily newspaper, designated complimentary in-room beverages, as well as access to the Fitness Center.

Deposit

All reservations must be accompanied by one night’s deposit plus tax. The Gaylord WILL charge an attendee’s credit card for one night’s stay plus tax at the time of reservation.

Cut-Off Date
-----------------------
Reservations must be made by March 4, 2010 to be eligible for the conference group rate. After this date, the hotel will only honor the group rate if space permits.

Cancellation Policy
-----------------------
Cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night's room and tax charged to your credit card (Please note: Gaylord National has a $50 early departure fee)

NOTE: There is NO availability at the Marriott for Saturday, March 27th. If you have an existing reservation which begins on Sunday, March 28th you WILL NOT be able to add Saturday, March 27th.
